Firmly Rooted Ministries, INC. (Indiana) is a Christian Church under the Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ.
We are the successor to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, those congregation voted to leave the Synod to which it was affiliated and to join the LCMC. As the sister church to Firmly Rooted - Oxford, MI our Senior Pastor is Tom Donnelly with Campus Pastor Aaron Jackson.

Pastor Tom Donnelly is the founding pastor of Firmly Rooted Ministries, a community deeply committed to helping individuals become rooted in God’s Word and live out their faith with purpose. Pastor Tom was called to serve in Greendale over 35 years ago. Since then Tom has built a ministry that includes a mission in Haiti, outreach programs and a thriving congregation in Oxford, Michigan. Under Pastor Tom’s leadership, Firmly Rooted Ministries continues to grow, offering a variety of resources, teachings, and community events designed to help individuals connect with God’s Word in meaningful ways. Four daily devotions and prayer are available on Facebook, YouTube and X.com each weekday and both locations stream their worship services. As Senior Pastor, Tom oversees the services and mission of Firmly Rooted Greendale.
Meet Our Team
In the summer of 2019 FR Greendale started weekly picnics, hosted a worship concert, and reached the community with a booth at Lawrenceburg Fallfest and other community activities. Check the Events tab for our current 2026-2027 outreach programs.
